Processing Time
Our items are currently made to order and we have a 7 day processing time to fulfill an order once placed. This does not include shipping times.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our in house studio in Saskatchewan via Canada Post.
If you do need an order on rush delivery contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We are currently only shipping within Canada but check back soon for international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
To exchange your product, please reach out via our 'Contact Us' page with your order number, reason for exchange and product you would like in return.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items exempt from being exchanged include:

Local Pick-up
We do offer local pick up at location. If you wish to pick up your order simply select Local Pick-up. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Item must then be picked up in a timely manner.
